Reviews the clinic cannot edit.
Testimonials written for a clinic’s own website are worth very little, because the clinic chooses which ones appear. Practo reviews are attached to a verified appointment and sit on someone else’s platform.
So that is what this page shows. Both scores are read off the live listings and re-checked by hand — last on 28 August 2026 — and both are published, including the lower one. A clinic that shows you only its better number is telling you it has another.
Individual stories are reproduced without editing for tone or length. Where a story names a condition or an outcome, it is that patient’s experience and not a claim about what treatment does generally.

“I have been going pillar to post to get my son cured of his white spot on his left side of lip and chin. It appeared 8 years back. I was told it’s special type of nerve vitiligo which has no cure. After reporting to him he told us that it is SEGMENTAL VITILIGO and unlikely and difficult to be cleared by medications alone. Why reviews are asked for, but never bought
Patients are asked once, at reception, with a card. There is no discount, no free session and no follow-up chasing. A review that had to be paid for tells you nothing about the medicine.
What is actually worth reading in them.
- Whether the condition matches yours: vitiligo reviews say little about acne
- How long they’d been treated: a first visit rates the manner, not the result
- What they say about being told no
- Whether costs were explained upfront
- The negative ones, and how they were answered
- The dates: a practice can change
About these reviews
Are these reviews verified?
The Practo ones are tied to an appointment recorded on Practo. The Google ones are tied to a Google account, and most carry the reviewer’s own name.
In neither case can the clinic add, edit or delete them, which is the point of citing them rather than testimonials chosen by us.
Does the clinic offer anything in return for a review?
No. Patients are asked once, at reception. There is no incentive, and offering one would make the reviews worthless.
Why not publish testimonials directly on the site?
Because a testimonial the clinic selects is a marketing asset, not evidence. Reviews on a third-party platform are harder to curate and therefore worth more.
Can I leave a review after an online consultation?
Yes. A video consultation can be reviewed in the same way as an in-person visit.
Do reviews say anything about what results I’ll get?
No. A review describes one person’s experience. Treatment outcomes vary with the condition, its duration and the individual, and nothing here should be read as a prediction.
