Vitiligo is treated over months, so the number that matters is not the price of a session. It is what a course adds up to, and what happens to the money if the patch does not respond.
Vitiligo costs confuse people because four unrelated pricing models sit under one condition. Consultations are per visit. Medication is per month at the pharmacy. Light treatment is per session across a course of many months. Surgery is per procedure, priced by the area covered and the technique used.
A meaningful estimate therefore needs to name all four, and needs to state the expected course length rather than a single session price. A clinic that quotes only the per-session figure is quoting the smallest honest number available.
Costs are given here after examination and in writing. Before an examination nobody can tell you how many sessions your particular patches will need, because that depends on site, duration and activity. The same three things that decide the treatment itself.

A package sold before an examination is a commitment to a number of sessions decided by pricing rather than by response. It creates pressure to continue a treatment that has been shown not to be working, because the money is already spent.
The alternative is to price the plan, review at defined intervals, and change course when the review says to. It costs the clinic predictability and it costs the patient nothing.
