Medicines are not dispatched
Prescriptions are filled at a pharmacy of your choice. The clinic does not courier medicines or products.
When a consultation is not delivered
If the clinic cannot hold a consultation at the booked time, you choose a full refund or a new slot. The cancellation and refund policy page has the details.
