Online consultations, paid in advance
Applies to the ₹1,299 online consultation fee, and to any in-person consultation fee paid online in advance.

Cancelling
Message the clinic on WhatsApp at +91 80088 55330, or email khagvarada@drvarada.com. The time your message arrives is the time of cancellation. You will get a reply confirming the cancellation and, where one is due, the refund.
Refunds take 5–7 working days
Refunds are returned to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay. The clinic starts the refund within 2 working days of the cancellation; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Other payments
- Visiting after an online consultation: only the ₹200 difference is charged, and the online fee is not refunded because it has already been used
- In-person fees paid at the clinic are for a consultation that has taken place, and are not refundable
- Procedures are quoted in writing after examination; any deposit, and what happens to it if you cancel, is stated on that quote
- Medicines bought from a pharmacy are covered by that pharmacy’s policy
- If you were charged twice for one booking, the duplicate is refunded in full

Refund questions
How long does a refund take?
5–7 working days to reach the account you paid from. The clinic starts it within 2 working days of your cancellation.
I can’t make my slot tomorrow. Do I lose the fee?
No. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, but you can move the consultation to another open slot once, free.
Money left my account but the booking was not confirmed. What now?
Failed payments are reversed automatically by the bank, usually within 5–7 working days. If you were charged and have no booking, message the clinic with the payment reference and it will be refunded or the slot confirmed.
